Diego Suárez Solares
Partner
Diego Suárez is Industrial Engineer by profession and has extensive experience in the Bolivian financial system, he was CEO of Bolivian Development Bank, the only Supranational Bank that works in the first and second tier businesses in the country.
Suárez served as National Business Manager at SAFI UNION S.A. and also worked at Banco de Crédito S.A. in executive positions in the Corporate and Business Banking Division.
Suárez has a degree in Industrial Engineering graduated with honors from the Bolivian Catholic University. He has professional training in Preparation, Management and Evaluation of Business Projects, Financial Administration, Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a Major in Finance, studies he carried out at the University of Santiago de Chile – UPB, Universidad Privada Boliviana UPB and the University of Chile – CEMLA.
He made presentations on Guarantee and Financing Systems for Micro and Small Businesses in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and the Art of Business War in Central America.
Marco Antonio Medina Mustaffá
Partner
Commercial Engineer by profession with thirty one years of experience in the bolivian financial system, he was Manager of Administration and Human Talent in Banco de Desarrollo Productivo (BDP SAM), developing and implementing administrative efficiency mechanisms and an outstanding management and care of human talent.
Medina is also a specialist in Foreign Trade, functions that he developed in Banco Unión S.A. for ten years, becoming one of the founders of ASOBAN’s Foreign Trade Commission.
Medina in his functions in Banco Unión S.A. as well as in Banco de Desarrollo Productivo S.A.M. was the representative in several international forums and assemblies, aspect that allowed him to bring the best international practices to serve Foreign Trade users.
Likewise, he was invited to lecture on Foreign Trade operations and Trusts in the postgraduate degree in Law at Universidad Simon Bolivar in the city of La Paz.
His experience in the financial system also allowed him to perform functions in the commercial area, portfolio management, customer service, treasury and foreign exchange.
